Shipping & Returns

BUTTONBADGEPIN.COM - Creators of unique :@ custom 55mm 2.25" Button Badge Pins has a fixed shipping rate of £1.00 Per Order within the UK & £2.00 Per Order for Europe and £2.50 Per Order worldwide.

Your package will be dispatched via Royal Mail Second Class within the UK and standard parcels internationally.

Please bear in mind the fabulous handmade nature of these products. All buttons badges and pins are handmade from when we receive your order.

Please allow at least 5 to 7 working days for UK delivery and 10 to 15 working days for orders outside the UK, however items are often shipped on the day of ordering.

All items are sent in envelopes or Jiffy bags depending on the size of the order, and will be carefully wrapped to keep the Button Badge Pins clean, dry & safe in transit.

Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our Button Badge Pins, refunds will only be given in the case of a defective product. If your badges are not delivered they will be replaced, and a refund will not be issued based on lost in transit orders.
